MSFT Productions & Spark That Chat presents ‘Fuel Your Stoke’ in the mighty Porangahau
This event is open to everyone in the Porangahau district. Get off the farms on Sunday 19th May for an unforgettable, much-needed escape, providing you with LIVE music from top local musicians, food and beverages, family friendly activities and games and connect with the community who are there for you.
The purpose of this show is to bring the community together and uplift spirits in lifes general day to day challenges. This show is all about creating a safe and supportive space for locals to gather, lean on each other, and access essential mental health resources and support, or simply just have a good time and a reason to smile.
Our goal is to ignite a ripple effect of positivity, breaking down barriers and promoting good mental health practices throughout the summer months. Look after yourself, your spouse, your mates, family and colleagues and join us - you never know who might have been needing a good time the most.
This event is open to everyone, regardless of age or background. We want to see smiles on as many faces as possible and celebrate the resilience and strength of your community. Come join MSFT for a day filled with live music, inspiring talks, delicious hot food and activities for kids and adults that will fuel your stoke.

FUEL YOUR STOKE TOUR ROUNDUP
The purpose of this tour is to bring communities together and uplift spirits in the wake of Cyclone Gabrielle, especially in rural and remote areas that have been impacted the most. MSFTs were with you in the mud after the floods, both on the shovel and with our Hawke’s Bay Helping website and we’re still here for you now, looking after your mental health as we head into Winter.
STOP 1 - Tutira COMMUNITY (JULY 2nd)
Stop 1 of the Fuel Your Stoke Tour was nothing short of incredible with over 200+ locals turning up to connect, catch up, log off and enjoy themselves looking after their families and each other. We could not be more stoked with how it all went, the winter weather turned it on & we were able to enjoy a full evening of good chats, delicious food and cold beverages.
STOP 3 - PUKETAPU COMMUNITY (AUGUST 13tH)
STOP 5 - TIKOKINO + Western CHB COMMUNITY (SEptember 10tH)
Stop 3 of the Fuel Your Stoke Tour was unreal with over 350+ locals turning up to connect, catch up, log off and enjoy themselves looking after their families and each other. We could not be more stoked with how it all went, the winter weather turned it on & we were able to enjoy a full evening of good chats, delicious food and cold beverages. 60kg of meat & 200+ burgers was served and eaten in 40 minutes - next level.
The first 5 shows have been amazing. To see the vision come together in the heart of such a awesome rural Central Hawkes Bay community was as good as it gets & to hear people from far and wide turned up with their families was next level, fellas that don’t usually get off the farm.
The vibes were high & the chats were flowing far & wide all evening with the 300+ locals even when we packed out & left - what a primo rugby club rooms Onga-tiko, felt the history in the walls, cheers for holding down the bar team.
STOP 2 - ESKDALE/BAYVIEW COMMUNITY (JULY 16th)
Stop 2 of the Fuel Your Stoke Tour was unreal with over 400 locals turning up to connect, catch up, log off and enjoy themselves looking after their families and each other. We could not be more stoked with how it all went, the winter weather turned it on & we were able to enjoy a full evening of good chats, delicious food and cold beverages. 60kg of meat was served and eaten in 30 minutes - next level.
It was awesome seeing over 150+ kids having such a blast with the bouncy castle, trailer full of toys and face painting that local legend and artists Dali was nailing. Massive love to all that came through the feedback has been epic.
STOP 4 - MEEANEE/PAKOWHAI/AWATOTO & TWYFORD COMMUNITY (AUGUST 27tH)
The first 4 shows have been amazing. To see the vision come together in the heart of such a resilient Pakowhai, Awatoto, Meeanee & Twyford community was something else & to see people from each of those spots far and wide turn up with their families was next level.
The vibes were high & the chats were flowing far & wide all evening with the 150+ locals - what a perfect place to be a hub for these communities The Filter Room unreeal spot & epic team.
STOP 6 - TUKI TUKI VALLEY COMMUNITY (SEPTEMBER 24th)
Tuki Tuki valley that was all time - words below describe what the 6th & final show of our Fuel Your Stoke Tour has made us feel. Ending the tour on such a high at the epiic Red Bridge Coffee was as good as it gets & to see how tight the community are is awesome.
The vibes were high & the chats were flowing far & wide all evening with the 250+ locals turning up & turning it on. It was so cool to bring everyone together to celebrate something positive for themselves, each other & their kids - makes a force to be reckoned with as we witnessed.
Wow it’s crazy to reflect on the past 6 shows, 6 big areas across the bay, 1,800+ locals in total attending, in 3 WINTERy months - every single event has been unique & amazing. To see the full vision come together in the heart of such awesome rural communities across the Bay has been incredible.

This tour was created for the purpose of providing epic, unforgettable times, spreading the froth and partying with awesome people all around New Zealand to some of the best up and coming musicians from live elements, hip hop through to drum & bass. We’re hosting these events to bring frothers from all walks of life together for a night to remember.
STOP 1 - NAPIER - JULY 23RD 2022
WE SOLD OUT PORTSIDE BAR!! Stop 1 of the NZ MSFT TOUR could not have gone any better! It’s prity hard for us to put it into words really… dreaming this up & seeing it all unfold in the moment was next level, we’re so stoked to have worked with the legends at @hawkes_bass_ to make dreams become a reality!
STOP 2 - TARANAKI - SEPTEMBER 3RD 2022
The west coast sure did put it on, what unreeeeal energy from start to finish. Stop 2 of the NZ MSFT TOUR could not have been anymore rad! It’s prity hard for us to put it into words really… dreaming this up & seeing it all unfold in the moment was next level, we’re so stoked to have worked with the legends at @butlersreef to make dreams become a reality, what an amazing venue!
STOP 3 - PALMERSTON NORTH - OCTOBER 1ST 2022
PALMY THAT WAS RAD AS!!! PNC put it on, what awesome energy from start to finish. Stop 3 of the NZ MSFT TOUR was epic! We’re stoked to have put it on for a frothing PNC crowd. We were blown away at how awesome the crowd was collectively that attended, showing nothing but good vibes & respect for one another & the whole show. So a hugeeee amount of love goes to you guys!
STOP 4 - RAGLAN - NOVEMBER 12TH 2022
Ragz sure did put it on, what unreal energy from start to finish. Stop 4 of the NZ MSFT TOUR was all time & we’re so hyped with the feedback today so thanks heaps to everyone that rolled on through. Dreaming this up & seeing it all unfold in the moment is next level every single show, just bringing such a awesome group of people together from all over NZ! We’re stoked to have put it on for a frothing West Coast crowd. We were blown away at how wicked the crowd was collectively that attended, showing nothing but good vibes & respect for one another + the whole show. So a huge amount of love goes to you guys!
STOP 5 - GISBORNE - DECEMBER 10TH 2022
WE SOLD OUT SMASH PALACE!! It’s hard to put into words how stoked we are capping off PART 1 of the #nzmsftmusictour for 2022 last night at the unreal Smash Palace Bar in Gisborne. This mission + the night literally could not have gone any better, the energy in that room was electric. Stop 5 was all time & we’re so hyped with the feedback today so thanks heaps to everyone that rolled on through. Dreaming this up & seeing it all unfold in the moment is next level every single show, just bringing such a awesome group of people together from all over NZ!
